Unfortunately I’ve been poorly since Monday and I’m still not too well so I am cancelling tonight’s class. I really don’t think I have the energy or the breath to bounce!

Hi everyone 💛

This is a bit of a difficult message to write… so get comfy, it’s a bit of a long one! 😂

After 12 amazing years of teaching Boogie Bounce and Metafit, I’ve made the decision that I’ll be stepping away from these classes, with my final sessions taking place at the end of April.
(Pilates will continue as normal 😊)

As most of you know, these past few months have been tough. Separation, divorce, my knee, and my RA have all left me feeling a little deflated at times. There have honestly been moments while teaching where I’ve wanted to cry, and I don’t quite know how I got through some of those classes… but I did, and that’s largely down to you ❤️

I’ve taken some time recently to really reflect, talk things through with family and friends, and be honest with myself about what I need right now. And the truth is… I need change.

As much as I’ve absolutely loved these classes (and I really, really have), I need to step back, look after my health, and spend more time at home in the evenings with my family. I also feel like I need to close a chapter that’s tied to my past and give myself the space for a fresh start.

At the same time, Paulton Pooches has grown so much (which is amazing! 🐾), and it’s become a real passion of mine that I want to keep building. But juggling everything—long days walking, then rushing out to teach—has taken its toll, and physically I just can’t keep doing it all.

This hasn’t been an easy decision at all, but I know in my heart it’s the right one for me.

I just want to say the biggest THANK YOU…
For your support, your loyalty, your energy over the years—you’ve made it all so special. Through covid, through life changes, through everything… you’ve always shown up, and I’ll never forget that.

But more than anything, thank you for your friendship. Without these classes, we would never have met, and that means the world to me 💛

Thank you for the laughs, the hugs, the tears, and all the moments we’ve shared. I’m honestly so grateful for every single one of you.

I’d absolutely love to see as many of you as possible before the end of April so we can celebrate everything we’ve built together (and probably have a few emotional hugs! 🥹)

Blimey… this is turning into an Oscars speech isn’t it?! 😂

Hey gang

It’s been a tough few weeks regarding classes and man have I seriously struggled with this knee of mine. Lots of painkillers, ice and trying to rest it as much as I can but it’s near on impossible with having 2 jobs and working all day on my feet then back out teaching at night but a girl has to make a living to pay those bills so unfortunately the rest part hasn’t really happened 🤦🏼‍♀️

Anyway, just wanted to say to all my wonderful clients in my classes a big thank you for your patience and understanding whilst I’ve hobbled about trying my best to teach moves at Fitness Pilates, Metafit and Bounce and lasting approximately 15 seconds on the trampoline last week before I had to get off!! 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣🤣 Also a HUGE THANK YOU to Stacey and Sarah who have been amazing wing women and busted out the moves at the front for me.

I’ve had more treatment and it’s settled down, so I will be back at it all this week and I can’t wait!! Woohoo!! How long it’ll last, who knows but whilst it’s feeling good, let’s get on it!!

Most classes are VERY busy. Fitness Pilates with the ring is now FULLY BOOKED for the new 6 week block starting this week. There are a few spaces left for the Thursday class. Boogie bounce is looking busy for tomorrow with only a couple of spaces left. There are spaces for Wednesday at 6pm.

Metafit always has space because it scares people 🤣🤣🤣 so if you think you’re hard enough and can keep up with a bunch of women for 20 minutes then come and have a go!!! Don’t know why the blokes just can’t seem to do it!! 🤣🤣

Happy Sunday everyone!!

Thank you for all your help last week whilst I’ve been hobbling about, it seems to be getting a bit easier now but it looks like it will be another week teaching off the trampoline whilst my super duper helpers Stace and Sarah do all the hard work. 😂

We are really lucky that we have big halls and room for lots of trampolines. I’ve just checked the diary and gymcatch and there is only 1 space left so if you’re coming, get booked in asap!!
