Louise Avis Swimmers My name's Lou and I teach swimming to children of all ages through to adults. I offer small group sessions, intensive holiday block sessions and 1:1 support.

I am STA Level 2 qualified with further training in teaching adults.

It’s here! Today marks the first day of Drowning Prevention Week 2026!

We are equipping children and young people with essential water safety and lifesaving skills ahead of the summer holidays.

Through education and awareness, we are working towards communities free from drowning. But to achieve this, we need your help.

Whether you’re a parent, carer, school, club, business, or organisation, get involved, join us to spread vital water safety messages this week.

Drowning is preventable, and together, we can save lives. 🛟
