Radstock 6-a-Side League Report β Monday 16th June 2026
Another entertaining evening of 6-a-side football took place in Radstock on Monday night, with plenty of goals, close contests and some important results across both the Premiership and Championship divisions.
Premiership
Lattes & Lapdances edged out Cheerow FC in a tightly contested opener, securing a 2-1 victory thanks to a disciplined defensive display and clinical finishing when it mattered most.
Barely Athletic produced the standout result of the night as they swept aside Net 6 & Chill with a dominant 7-0 victory. The league high-flyers were in ruthless form from start to finish, controlling possession and showing no mercy in front of goal.
The closest game of the Premiership saw Barry FC claim a dramatic 4-3 win over Cutting Crew. Both sides traded goals throughout an end-to-end encounter, but Barry FC found the decisive strike to take all three points.
We'll Have A Look rounded off the division's fixtures with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Daves Disciples. A competitive match was settled by fine margins, with We'll Have A Look doing just enough to secure the win.
Championship
Sumner of 69 made a huge statement with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Exeter Gently. They were in complete control throughout the contest and never looked troubled as they recorded one of the biggest wins of the evening.
Goon FC and Debt FC served up an entertaining battle, with Goon FC narrowly coming out on top by a 3-2 scoreline. Both teams created chances, but Goon FC showed the extra composure needed to take the points.
Bloomfield Rovers continued their strong form with a 2-1 win over Real Madreadful. It was a closely fought affair, but Bloomfield Rovers capitalised on their opportunities to secure another valuable result.
The final Championship fixture saw Go Away FC defeat Up The Gurn 4-1. A strong attacking performance helped Go Away FC pull away in the second half and finish the night with an impressive victory.
Team of the Week
Barely Athletic take this week's Team of the Week award following their outstanding 7-0 victory over Net 6 & Chill. A dominant performance at both ends of the pitch made them worthy winners of the accolade.
