🔥We have once again been invited to demonstrate Muay Thai at the south West martial arts show on September 26th with a seminar with Grand Master Sken taking part on the day. We will start putting together a team and practising straight after Monday Muay Thai, from this evening.
If you would like to be considered for the team, please let me know and I will keep you updated on training sessions🥊😀🙏

Hey guys, here is today's Schedule

‼️Polite notice- can members please make sure monthly standing orders are in place for memberships and for the correct amount (please ask if unsure).
We aim to keep memberships reasonable despite the ever increasing costs associated with running a full time centre.
Respectfully, we don't stop memberships if you are missing sessions (holidays for e.g) instead we encourage the "making up" of missed sessions when possible with one of the many others offered.
Unfortunately our rent and overheads don't stop!
