Great session tonight guys👍🥊
I love to see everyone develop and improve and sometimes just a small tweak in technique can really bring about huge change.
Seeing people with no previous training achieve greater fitness, technique and understanding is such a great reward.
I have been very fortunate to have been given the gift of Muay Thai from my teacher and mentor Grand Master Sken and I will always do my best to pass on that knowledge as best I can🙏

Last night's class was on fire....literally 🔥💥
Great training from everyone, finished off with sparring rounds
Great to get on the mats again and get some rounds in myself.
Well done Kirsty Jo in your first session amazing effort!!
Great to see Michael back on the mats and looking as sharp as ever, absolute legend🙏

So last night we had a team grading for their next level Armband.
2 hours of a range of technique, padwork, fitness and flexibility, self defence, Muay Boran, Ram Muay, sparring and theory testing.
There was tension, sweat, hard work, discipline and a great level of focus.
The performances were fantastic and testament ro the Discipline, dedication and determination of each person involved.
Fantastic effort and preparation everyone, you did a great job👍👊🙏
