This is what it looks like when fitness stops being a chore and starts being part of your life.

Jade is in Canada for a few weeks. Most people would hit pause. She walked into a local affiliate, got on the floor with strangers, and pushed herself just like she does at home.

Different country. Different faces. Same Jade.

Same movement. Different why.
