Step Into Badminton

Welcome back to everyone after the summer break. This year we are able to stay in the main Sports Hall all the time, so no dodging puddles in the gym this year!! We've also started back playing in the Sunday Night League and are doing well after two matches - hoping to retain the title from last season!

Congratulations for winning the Sunday Night League! Well done to the team on the night (Leonard, Matt, Peter, Steven Mike and Chris), and to all the players who helped over the ten-week season (Tim, Tom, Karen, Phil and Alison, and to Ann-Marie for helping). It was a very tense finish, with everything resting on the last few points!

We hope to enter another team in the next season starting in September. If anyone wishes to play, they are very welcome - we'd could then enter two teams.

Please note that we only have 2 courts plus the gym this Wednesday 20 Nov - everyone is still welcome but more "rests" in between games! This is also the case for 4 December.
