Just finished a great little course on the Future Learn website entitled ‘Sport and Exercise for Brain Health'.
Did you know lifelong exercise plays a crucial role in preventing dementia and poor brain health? Basically what’s good for the heart is good for the brain.
If you find this an interesting subject you can do the course for free, it’ll take about 5-6 hours over a 2-week period. Well worth it in my view. Just search Future Learn and join the course.
