The Radcliffe Athletic Club Multi-Terrain 5K is back on Wednesday 15th July… and it’s got everything you could want from a proper summer race 👊

🌲 Fast woodland trails
⛰️ Short sharp climbs
💨 Flat-out descents
😅 Questionable life choices halfway round

Part of the CLGP series, but absolutely open to ALL runners — whether you’re chasing points, chasing PBs, or just chasing your mates through the woods 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Expect a brilliant atmosphere, friendly marshals, and a proper old-school club race vibe 💛🖤

Back by popular demand...our fantastic mid week race, which takes you through the lovely trails of the beautiful Philips Park.
The course is marked and fully marshalled.
Prizes for 1st three males and females, age categories, first male and female team, and spot prizes.

"Can they do it on a cold Wednesday night in Bury?"

Of course they can, Coach Swan gave them some batons, and off they went. 100m relay sprints (recover to OG position), teams of 4, 3 sets of 9 minutes. What more could you want ?

There were some amazing efforts last night, in pretty sub-zero conditions. Lots of smiles and lots of effort 💛
Maximum beans !
