Small Group PT isn’t just “team training with less people.”
It’s a structured coaching system built around the individual.
Every client follows a progressive training plan designed to improve strength, movement quality, fitness and body composition. The sessions can still be adapted to the person in front of us.
That means:
Exercises can be modified around injuries, mobility restrictions or ability levels
Loads and progressions are individualised
Clients progress at their own pace instead of everyone doing the exact same thing
We also use the JW Training App to log every rep, set and weight lifted.
So instead of guessing what you did last week, we track it all properly.
That allows us to:
Progress exercises safely
Increase strength over time
Monitor consistency
Make sure clients are actually improving instead of just “working hard”
We also track body composition every 2 weeks so clients can clearly see changes in:
Muscle mass
Body fat
Weight
Overall progress
And if somebody picks up a ni**le or injury?
They don’t just get told to stop training.
We have rehab-based training options and modified programmes ready so clients can continue training around the issue while we help rebuild strength and movement properly.
The goal isn’t to leave people exhausted.
The goal is structured progress, long-term results and keeping people training consistently for years.
