Another big Saturday session!

Big thanks to The Dojo Karate and Kickboxing Centre and The Immortals Muay Thai for coming down. A good mix of styles today Muay Thai, boxing, kickboxing and MMA.

Six out of the lads on the mat fighting next weekend putting the final hard session in 👊🏻

📢 Private Muay Thai training 📢

Since starting, I've had a lot of messages regarding private training. Now thanks again to Dave and the guys at unit one MMA I'll be available for PT in deeside.

To start I'm only going to have limited days and times but room for more if all goes well.

I'll be starting the same week as the junior classes, the week starting the 29th of June. Message to book and organise days.

📢 Junior Muay Thai classes 📢

Very excited to say I'll be putting on a few junior Muay Thai classes, there will be room for more depending on demand. The classes will be limited and I will have to cap the numbers, so please message to secure a spot.

The junior Muay Thai will be held from Unit One MMA not the dojo where we host the adult classes!

We have found our home on the Welsh/English border, Deeside!

The original name Jai Petch was to start us off while we found ourselves but after six months in deeside that's where we are going to stay.

Only ended up being Stan that turned up today, well done mate, thanks again to for putting the sparring on 🙏🏻

While we're here just a quick student spotlight for Stan who's been very consistent and training very hard the past few months. He only started taking this seriously about march this year, he did 121 training with me for a bit but never took it seriously or stuck at it consistently. Since March he's done three interclubs and tonight attended a very busy open sparring with some of the top gyms and fighters. As well as the training he's also developing as a person, realising that he's not made of glass and giving us three worded conversations which is an improvement from his one worded conversations a few months ago 😂

Quiet one tonight as expected, I warned everyone not to fall for the sun and bank holiday combo, hope the hangovers are worth it 😂

The boys paid for your sins tonight in this heat 👊🏻🔥

500ml of water before evening training isn't enough in general never mind in this weather, plenty of water and electrolytes 💦
