🏉 CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES – SUPPORT SHOTTON STEEL RFC! 🏉
We’re looking for local businesses to get behind Shotton Steel RFC and help us continue providing a great rugby experience for around 100 children at our club.
We currently have two fantastic sponsorship opportunities available:
🍽️ MATCH DAY SPONSORSHIP – £150
Help us provide food for approximately 100 young players on match day. Your sponsorship will help make sure our players are fed after a busy day of rugby.
🌱 PITCH MAINTENANCE SPONSORSHIP – £500 (includes pitch side sponsorship board for 1yr)
Help us invest in essential line-marking equipment, pitch paint and general pitch-care equipment, keeping our pitches safe, maintained and ready for rugby throughout the season.
Supporting Shotton Steel RFC is a brilliant way for a local business to give back to the community, support grassroots sport and help create opportunities for the next generation of players.
Every contribution makes a real difference to our club and our young players.

🏉🔥 THE STEELMEN ARE BACK IN ACTION! 🔥🏉

Our Shotton Steel RFC Youth return to the field as they welcome Cobra Youth for what promises to be another cracking game of rugby! ❤️💙

The Steelmen will be looking for a big response after suffering a narrow defeat against Bala in their last outing. This weekend brings another opportunity to put those lessons into practice, raise the intensity and get back to winning ways. 💪⚒️

There were plenty of positives to take from the last performance, and now it’s about building on them, sticking together and fighting for every inch as a team.

Whether they’ve played rugby before or are completely new to the game, everyone is welcome. It’s a great opportunity to:

What a way to kick things off! ❤️💙

After an amazing weekend of rugby across Shotton Steel RFC, we’re delighted to reveal our very first TEAM OF THE WEEK of the new season! 👏

From our U7s right through to Youth, there were fantastic performances across the club — big tackles, brilliant tries, great teamwork and, most importantly, plenty of players giving everything for the badge. 💪🏉

🌟 A huge congratulations to every player selected! 🌟

Being named in the Team of the Week is a fantastic achievement, and every one of you should be incredibly proud.

But rugby is always about the TEAM. Congratulations to ALL of our players, coaches, volunteers and supporters who helped make the weekend such a brilliant one for Shotton Steel RFC. ❤️💙
