Ravensthorpe annual ‘120’

On Sunday September the 7th we are holding our annual ride to White Horse Bank, North Yorkshire.

The first meet:
* In front of Mirfield Library (Huddersfield Rd, Mirfield WF14 8AN).
* This is a 7:45am meet for an 8am roll out.

The second meet:
* Shaw Cross Playing Fields, Leeds Road, Dewsbury. WF12 7HS

There will be two refreshments stops - inc water top ups, bananas, flapjacks, soreen bars etc

Lloyds 2025 National MTB Cross Country Series Round 4

MTB XC , TONG VILLAGE – SATURDAY, 07 JUN 2025

Yorkshire Selection Criteria.
To be considered for the Yorkshire team, you need to have Yorkshire as your region on your BC license.
Closing date for applications is the SUNDAY 18THMay 2025 at 7pm.

This round will host the 2025 MTB Youth Inter-Regional Championships. This will be open to both Juvenile and Youth aged riders. There will be 3 counting elements to the competition: Skills

Relay and main race

Each regional team shall consist of 4 registered riders from that particular region in any ratio of Open/Female/Juvenile/Youth, every team must have a minimum of one girl.

Top three riders to count in main race of which one must be a girl in case of a crash or mechanical. Regions can enter up to two teams, with the highest scoring team counting towards the final result.

Please note that individual riders need to enter the main XCO race as they normally would for a round of the National Series.

Team will be picked from the selection criteria, managers and coaches will have final say on team selection.

Yorkshire region kit to be worn at all three events for racing only.

If any juvenile open riders are in the regional event, the main race will be taken from the third lap times. This is due to under 14 open only do 3 laps and under 16 open do 4. Girls do 3 laps, so that isn’t an issue
