we should ALL do this …
Whether it’s the weekend or during the week
Everyday we should be taking FULL responsibility for where we are right now
It’s about being honest with you are right now with your health, fitness , body , mind even relationships & career
And owning it , taking responsibility
If you are unhappy with one or more of those areas then it’s YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make the changes to get the results you want
It’s what we do on the wellness retreat , our ladies take
➡️ FULL responsibility for where they are right now in their lives
and are..
➡️brutally honest with themselves
and yeah it’s hard ,
it’s uncomfortable
But for you to progress you need to do these 2 things or ...
You are going to FAIL⚠️
So if you are reading this post take away these 2 things
If you are unhappy with any of your life right now
1️⃣BE HONEST with yourself
&
2️⃣TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY for yourself
Then you will real clarity about where you REALLY are right now
Then you can start planning ahead
