Good deadlift session today, third session after a year off.
Last time I hit this weight I had seizures for nearly 2 hours but I'm feeling good today.
First video 220kg and second is 240kg.
Had to go beltless as couldn't get a breath in with it on lol.

Hi, my name is Duncan, I'm a level 3 personal trainer currently studying BSc hons Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation at the University of Gloucestershire and my aim is to help as many people as I can to improve their physical and mental health through exercise, nutrition and mindfulness.
I have spent my entire life suffering from mental and physical illness, obesity and addiction and I always thought that the only way to make my self whole again was to make everything perfect and when that never happened I would give up and be worse than before. Until the next time when I would put all my energy into it and then give up again.
But the most important thing I have learnt is that nothing is perfect. It's OK to have bad days. It's OK not to have a six pack or be a size 8. It's OK to treat yourself to that dessert when you've had a tough day. The main thing is to just keep going. Keep trying to improve. Keep picking yourself up and enjoy your life. None of us are here for long so wouldn't it be great if we were just that little bit happier. If we just felt that little bit healthier. If life just felt that little bit brighter.
By being more active, eating healthier foods and being more conscious of whats going on in your mind the whole world becomes a different place! You get to choose how you see the world and how you experience it.
