Parents, caregivers, grown-ups with little ones… this one’s for YOU.

Looking for something fun to do with your baby that isn’t just another coffee date? Come and join us for Sling & Slide — a joyful babywearing dance class where you can move your body, meet other parents, and bond with your little one (all at the same time!).

👶 Why babywearing?
Keeping your baby close in a sling or carrier supports secure attachment and emotional development. It helps regulate baby’s breathing, temperature and heart rate, and often reduces fussiness. When they’re held close, they feel safe and connected — and that connection builds confidence.

🎶 Why dance?
Dancing boosts your mood, lowers stress levels, and gently strengthens your body after pregnancy. For babies, the rhythmic movement supports balance development and brain growth. Plus, they love feeling your movement, hearing the music, and sharing that experience with you.

And let’s be honest — sometimes you just need to move, laugh and feel like YOU again 💃

• Easy, low-impact routines (no dance experience needed!)
