A HUGE good luck to Surrey’s own today as he takes on Zverev on Centre Court for his first-ever Grand Slam semi-final! 🎾🇬🇧

Stories like Arthur’s are exactly why we do what we do. Seeing a local player rise all the way to the top of the world stage is an unbelievable reminder for our academy players that hard work, dedication, and belief pay off.

Our junior stars are training a little harder and running a little faster this week because they have an incredible role model to look up to. 🙌🔥

Drill of the week: The dynamic duo. The ultimate cooperation and timing drill…

This drill isn’t just fun and different, but it’s a master call in spatial awareness, split-second reaction time and coordination. By constantly swapping roles between jumping and hitting, players build elite tracking skills, lightning-fast reflexes, and a deep rhythm with the ball.

Why this drill is great for development:

The MDL team had an unforgettable day at the Lexus Eastbourne Open last Sunday! 🏆

A huge thank you to the Tim Henman Foundation and the LTA tennis foundation for inviting our disability group and their families out for the day in Eastbourne.

Getting to go behind the scenes at a world-class LTA event was a true privilege. Seeing our Friday night disability session superstars, Arlo, Matilda, Matteo, and Alfie, sitting right on Centre Court, interacting with the pros like Madison Keys and Jasmine Paolini, and even helping the coaches with tactics was truly inspiring.

These guys play hard on court every week during their sessions… so being able to reward their efforts with a VIP, once-in-a-lifetime courtside experience means the world to them, and to us!

Thank you, , and everyone involved for creating these incredible opportunities that break down barriers and inspire the next generation. These are memories that our players and their families will cherish forever 🎾
