As for the weights you choose to lift… “heavy” is different for everyone. The right load is one that feels challenging but controlled, where your technique stays solid and you finish the set feeling worked. Not in pain. This will progress over time as your body gets stronger and more resilient.

If you’re ever unsure, ask us! We’ll always help you adjust the weight and make sure you feel confident and safe in the gym. 💪
