Cycle To Work Scheme

If your thinking e-bikes are too expensive ask your employer whether they offer the cycle to work scheme. If they don’t then ask them if they can; show them how simple it is. The scheme gives you the ability to buy the bike from your gross pay (salary sacrifice) over an agreed period with your company. This saves you tax and National Insurance on the salary & National Insurance contributions for your employer.
There are lots of schemes but I’ve posted the link below for the one I used, they were very helpful, quick processing the paperwork & they are a social enterprise. Take a look and save yourself some money.

I decided to set up a cycling group as there seems to be more and more people either getting back on a bike or taking it up for the first time.
I’m an E-Bike convert, before I bought it in 2018 I hardly ever cycled and now I absolutely love it; it’s a game changer for those that aren’t quite as fit as they used to be!!!
A week ago I picked one up for my wife who didn’t really cycle, she’s up to 30+ miles already and can’t wait to get out at every opportunity.
Lots of friends are joining the revolution so come along and join us too.
