🚨 Incident - CPR - 27/07/26 🚨

Less than 24hrs ago on Queens Park, Pudsey, one of our u14s Managers carried out first aid CPR on a young boy following a collapse and seizure.

Whilst cannot commend Rob enough for saving this young boys life, we thought it would make the perfect opportunity to remind everyone that we have a defibrillator on our Queens Park hub, available for all to use and access can be given by calling 999.

This also serves as a reminder that timely CPR and access to a defibrillator is simply the difference between life and death in these circumstances, luckily Rob, a first aid trained football coach was around at the time and we are proud to have him as part of our club.

Following our SK7 Charity game this weekend just gone we are very proud to share with you all (even with aching legs still) our total fundraised on the day...

A huge £1749.29 was raised on the day which we are so very grateful for!!!

The game was a tight affair and was well contested with the Pudsey 05 team winning 4-2 on the day.

We were delighted to present Stefans mum with his memorial plaque and the associated balloons were released.

We would like to thank all the players, their families and congratulate all those involved and to all the raffle and auction winners too.

Special mentions to Chris Brook, Leigh Thewlis, Phillip Cresswell, Chris Mason & Ryan Craven for organising the event and Neil Ward for the amazing plaque.

We now look forward to next years event which promises to be bigger and better each year.

Today we celebrate the people who make grassroots football possible.

Thank you for the early morning starts, the lifts to training and matches, the muddy boots in the car, the touchline encouragement, and the endless support you give our players throughout the season.

Whether you're cheering from the sidelines, volunteering behind the scenes, helping with fundraising, or simply being there when it's needed most, your commitment helps our children grow in confidence, build friendships and create memories that will last a lifetime.

You are the role models, supporters and biggest fans who help make Pudsey Juniors more than just a football club.

Tonight we reached out for a little bit of help and this local superstar came to our rescue, with the pitch just been cut in time for tomorrows SK7 Charity Game, but so much grass was left on the surface.

Cameron came armed with his blower, spent almost 3hrs clearing it off.

In a world that people like to pick faults, we're lucky there is gentlemen like Cameron still around.

Thank you so much, and there will be a drink for you on Saturday evening sir.

From everyone at Pudsey Juniors, our thoughts and condolences are with our friends and fellow grassroots family at Morley Glen Juniors following the passing of their well respected member Jason Liu.

Times like this, theres certainly more to life than the round ball we all love.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Jason Liu.

Jason was a much-loved, valued and respected member of our club, and his loss will be deeply felt by everyone across our football family. He will be remembered not only for his involvement and commitment, but also for the positive impact he had on those around him.

On behalf of everyone at the club, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Jason’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. Our thoughts are with you all.
