Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role at Princes Risborough Golf Club for a Greenkeeper. The Greenkeeper will be responsible for maintaining the golf course to a high standard, performing daily tasks such as mowing, landscape maintenance, and implementing basic turf and irrigation practices. You will work closely with the Greenkeeping team to ensure the course remains in optimal condition throughout the year, providing an exceptional experience for golfers.
Qualifications
Skills in Mowing and Landscape Maintenance to ensure the course is kept in excellent condition.
Practical knowledge of Irrigation systems and their maintenance.
Understanding of Turf and Turf Management practices to maintain healthy and high quality greens, tees and fairways.
Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment effectively and safely.
A passion for working outdoors in varying weather conditions and strong attention to detail.
Previous experience in greenkeeping or a similar role is an advantage.
A relevant qualification in greenkeeping or turf management is beneficial - level 2 or 3 - or an aspiration to reach this level.
Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
