There's something really special about those quiet moments the end of class. 💭

After we've danced, laughed and moved together, we take a little time to slow everything down with a guided relaxation. It's one of my favourite parts of the class. 🌺

Mindfulness after movement gives us a chance to settle, breathe and really notice how we're feeling. Dancing helps us get out of our heads and into our bodies, and taking a few moments afterwards helps us hold onto that feeling for a little longer. It's amazing what a difference it can make.

At the end of this month's Mamma Mia! workshop, I'll be guiding a relaxation themed around Coming Home to Yourself. After all the energy and feel good tunes, we'll finish by giving ourselves permission to pause, reconnect and simply be. 🤍

If you've been craving a bit of time for yourself, this is your invitation. 💫
