That means there is 16 weeks before shorts weather, swimsuit season and summer holidays. If you’ve been trying to stick to a routine since January and not quite locked in yet this could be for you

I am opening up two spaces on my 56fit programme starting 2nd of March!

Guys I have 3 spaces opening up for my next block of 56fit !!

These results are🔥

We have girls training for a bit of everything right now from fitness events to weddings to holidays to genuinely just trying to stay consistent in the gym!✨

I know I’m biased but I am genuinely so proud of what we have created and we genuinely love coaching this programme so much✨

Once these slots are gone they’re gonna as we cap our intake so we can give the best service we can to our girls 🫡

My new block of 56fit starts Monday 10th of March

Here is some feedback from some of the current members, how lovely 🥹❤️

If you’re on the fence about joining please don’t hesitate to message any of the girls I am currently training and ask for their opinion on what we do.

I am biased but I am so so proud of what we have built over the last 2 and a half years 🥹

For the women who

- want to follow a structured gym plan and aren’t comfortable training own their own yet

- are nervous to go to commercial gyms

- aren’t confident with their form when lifting

- don’t like to train alone

- struggle with staying consistent and need accountability

- have been out of training for a period of time and need help to get back into training

-are looking to feel their best with summer coming up

Women who struggle with accountability, motivation and discipline, this could be for you!

Starting on the 21st of October this 9 week block will include :

4 classes a week at The Lift Lab
Monday - 1915
Tuesday - 1915
Thursday - 1915
Sunday - 0930

As we are always looking to improve our service we have added in another pair of hands to go over mindset, discipline and getting things done when you don’t want to do them! We feel this will not only improve your body composition, gain confidence but also give you a new perspective and shift your mindset towards training and nutrition!

Wedding and honey moon prep for hazel ✅

Abs popping 😮‍💨

hazels first half of her prep for her wedding was about establishing routine and dialling in on nutrition. Increasing calories up relatively high. We also had to set some routine back in the gym after hazel had a period of time off.

When we entered her diet phase we knew calories were in a good place to start to reduce and as we had a good amount of time for this prep we could really see the muscle she had gained. So we were in a perfect place to strip things down a bit

He upper body was the focus of her hen and when I tell u her back was popping on the day 😮‍💨

As we went through the prep we were in constant communication with each other about what we needed to do for her specific dress where we could push to and what needed brought on.

Hazel attacked this prep with a very busy and full of love social life and also with a high stress job, something was always better than nothing with this journey and the consistency over time paid off for her big day she looked incredible 🥹

When I tell you I cried all day long at the wedding 😭 thank you for letting me part of not only your journey to looking so insane!!! but also your big day it was so special to be there with you! I am so proud of you my friend 🥰 hope you’re having the best time in Bali 🥂
