75 DAY SUMMER SHRED

After the HUGE success of my last 75 Day Challenge where my 5 girls lost of 150CM altogether, I have decided to start my 75 Day Summer Shred Challenge😍.
We are going to be focusing building sustainable habits that are designed to work for your lifestyle that are reasonable, realistic and designed to help you feel your absolute best for summer 2025☀️.
Again as a little added bonus/motivation the person who I feel has stuck to the 75 days the best and made the biggest lifestyle change will win 5 free personal training sessions with myself to use whenever they want.
Rules;
- 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Follow a balanced calorie deficit plan
- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - 5 workouts a week (gym, pilates, home workouts)
- 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫- Drink 2 litres of water daily
- 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 - 8,000 - 10,000 steps each day
- 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 - Read 10 pages of a book each day
- 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭 - No alcohol unless its a social event/occasion and cut down on processed foods
- 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 - every 2 weeks through your personalised app profile
- 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 - Aim to get 8 hours sleep (job and family circumstances depending)
What I Will Provide You;
- 5 workout programmes per week to do either from home or in your own gym
- Access to software that provides workouts, programmes, meal tracking, progress tracking plus so much more.
- Macros and calories calculated for your own specific goal to follow to hit your nutrition goal each day.
- New recipes uploaded to the group weekly.
- A daily tracker PDF with each of your goals to tick off each day.
- 24/7 support from myself through daily checkins.
- Access to FB support group with everyone else who is going through the challenge.
- Fortnightly progress tracking through app.
- Weekly Walking Club.
- Mid week workout challenges.
You can get all of the for just £110 (£10 per week!!!).
ADDITIONAL OPTION;
I am going to add on an option that will include 6 PT sessions with myself in my private studio which will bring the total of the plan to only £200!!!
