ELEV8 Weekly Schedule

As well as 3 weekly online workout sessions, I will also be providing a weekly schedule for members of the ELEV8 group.

The weekly schedules will include;
• dates and times for 2 weekly live workouts
• weekly step counts
• weekly workout challenges set for the week
• nutrition challenges
• fakeaway recipes
• weekly meal prep recipes
• group walking clubs dates and times

There's still 3 days to get signed up for us starting Monday 18th August💪🏽.

£120 for the 8 weeks and payment plans can be set up to suit you.

75 DAY SUMMER SHRED

Monday 21st April -
Friday 4th July

After the HUGE success of my last 75 Day Challenge where my 5 girls lost of 150CM altogether, I have decided to start my 75 Day Summer Shred Challenge😍.

We are going to be focusing building sustainable habits that are designed to work for your lifestyle that are reasonable, realistic and designed to help you feel your absolute best for summer 2025☀️.

Again as a little added bonus/motivation the person who I feel has stuck to the 75 days the best and made the biggest lifestyle change will win 5 free personal training sessions with myself to use whenever they want.

Rules;
- 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 - Follow a balanced calorie deficit plan
- 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - 5 workouts a week (gym, pilates, home workouts)
- 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫- Drink 2 litres of water daily
- 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 - 8,000 - 10,000 steps each day
- 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝 - Read 10 pages of a book each day
- 𝐋𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭 - No alcohol unless its a social event/occasion and cut down on processed foods
- 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 - every 2 weeks through your personalised app profile
- 𝐒𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 - Aim to get 8 hours sleep (job and family circumstances depending)

You may have heard of the viral '75 Day Hard' challenge that is floating about social media. I wanted to create my own version to help as many of you in the new year to become the best and most balanced version of yourself that you can stick to without burn out.

It is all about building sustainable habits that are designed to work for your lifestyle that are reasonable, realistic and designed to help you thrive in 2025.
