This is Konrad, one of the A.W.E.S.O.M.E peeps in our Mossgiel Herd
By day Konrad works in our milk brewery - brewing and bottling Mossgiel Organic Milk ready for it to be collected by our milk moovers and delivered to YOU, all across Scotland.
By night he heads off to the gym to practise his passion, Kettle Bell lifting.
Konrad, originally from Poland, was previously a world champion at kettle bell lifting, lifting more weight in repetition that ANYONE in his weight category!
Having previously retired, Konrad decided that he wanted to get back into the competitions and at the end of this month he'll be heading off to the British Championship to compete again!!
Of course, you can't just turn up and compete - it takes YONKS of practise and hard work....and MILK!
Our K DOWNS the stuff, and he only seems to like one kind - Mossgiel Whole!
So, we've decided to sponsor Konrad in the championship - he'll get all the free milk he needs, some t-shirts for him and his super fans and some help to get there
We'll of course keep you updated on the Polish muscle machine and wish him the absolute best of luck in the comp.
