Some of our Future Stars are at Turnberry today for the final Golf Sixes League fixture of the season. It’s all to play for at the top of the table with 3 teams within a point at the top. A win today would see us top our league. Wishing the boys the best of luck.

Our success on Club Championship Finals night wasn’t restricted to the Junior Championship. For the second year in a row, Orla Moran triumphed in the ladies final. Orla defeated Kate Currie in this years final and has the opportunity to do the double double if she can win the Irvine Ladies club championship. We wish her all the best in her quest.

Tonight saw the club hold its traditional Club Championship Finals night. Contesting tonight’s junior final were Alex Horton and Jenson Fergusson, mates, team mates and golf buddies.
Both boys struggled with the short stick on the front nine but Jenson found some joy with his on the back nine to win the match and become Prestwick St Cuthbert Junior Club Champion 2025

We held the home fixture of the 2025 Golf Sixes today. Turnberry came out on top of the 5 teams with a total of 126, pipping our youngsters by 2 shots.
We’d like to thank everyone who was involved in organising their teams and also Lisa and Stephen at The Tap-In for the lunch they provided.
Well Done All

Yesterday saw us send two juniors to a smaller than usual field at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Scotland golf day at Muirfield. 2024 St Cuthbert Ladies Champion Orla Moran and older brother, 2024 St Cuthbert Junior Champion Liam Moran were selected to represent the club this year.
On a day of mixed fortunes for the siblings, Liam was runner up in the boys event despite carding the lowest scratch score (72), losing out to the nett winner. It wasn’t to be for Orla this time round but both players enjoyed their day.

We got our 2025 season underway in perfect conditions today. Junior Captain Lewis Robbins hit the opening tee shot and a field of 14 played for the April junior medal. There was some great golf played in amongst the early season rustiness and Rory McKie came out on top in division 1 with a nett 65 from Lewis Robbins, nett 67. Christopher Given won division 2 with a nett 69, pipping Mylo Parker in a card playoff.
Well done to all who played today
