Prestwich Cricket, Tennis & Bowling Club Prestwich Cricket, Tennis & Bowling Club is an English multi-sports club from the town of Prestwich Multi sports and social club.

Prestwich Cricket Club, Prestwich Tennis Club, Prestwich Bowling Club and Prestwich Football Club. The club enjoys an active social calendar with many events catering for all tastes held throughout the year. Just the two home games this week as the 2XI take centre stage on Saturday as they look to return to wining ways with the visit of 5th placed Bolton Indians, 12:30pm start.

Then on Sunday our 4XI make just their second home appearance on the season when they take on Swinton Moorside from 1:30pm.

Away from Heys Road we have two T20 fixtures to look forward to with the Patriots travelling to Edgworth tomorrow and Heat going up to Heywood on Thursday, both 6pm starts.

On Saturday the Firsts continue their Premier League campaign at Egerton, 12:30pm BL7 9TH before heading up to Leyland on Sunday in the next round of the National. 1pm start at PR25 1HB.

Finally on Sunday the 2XI are in cup action at Heywood, 1pm OL10 4JE.

First up tomorrow we have more T20 action as Prestwich Patriots host Elton Rifles from 6pm. Please note there'll be no live stream of this game.

The 1XI entertain Clifton Cricket Club on Saturday in the Robert Hinchliffe Premier Division from 12:30pm and our friends at Knead Dough King Pizza will be serving pizzas from 4pm and are kindly sponsoring the game (more on that to follow).

On Sunday the Panthers welcome Winton Belles from 10am before our 3XI take on Denton West from 1:30pm in the Sunday Premier Division.

Away from home this week Prestwich Heat visit Woodbank on Thursday in their T20 match, 6pm BL8 1AY, the 2XI are away at Adlington on Saturday 12:30pm PR7 4HD and the 4XI travel to Daisy Hill on Sunday, 1:30pm BL5 2EB.

A day unfortunately decimated by the weather but at least the subsequent 3-2 bowl off win for the Firsts sent them through to the last eight of the Derek Kay Cup.

The bowl out lottery wasn't as favourable for our 3XI though as they lost out 2-1 in their Sunday Premier Cup game at Bury.

Finally our 4XI were in league action at Swinton Moorisde but the abandonment early in the second innings settled it at 2 points each.

Earlier this morning Prestwich Panthers staged a stirring display against the might of the Milnrow Maidens to lose out by 37 runs in their belated first home game of the season.

Another commendable performance saw the Panthers rack up a net score of 296 in pursuit of Milnrow's total of 333.

Panthers made a roaring start when Anna Avanessian took 2 wickets in her first over and later struck 26 with the bat. Tina Wong and Jassmine Hillson also took a wicket each, both caught and bowled. Leah Moores, on her debut, hit 11 and Angele Harrison scored 10 in Prestwich's valiant reply.

A defeat in the league yesterday but the perfect time to bounce back today as we host Edgworth in the last 16 of the Derek Kay Cup.

Today’s match ball is sponsored by our great member Leon Evans. Everyone at the club thanks Leon for his sponsor and wishes him well.

Elsewhere, the Panthers are currently in action at home to a strong milnrow side who are 125/3 (net score) after 13 overs.

The 3s are also in cup action today as they host Bury although due to fixture congestion the game will be played at Radcliffe Road.

Finally the 4s are in league action away at Swinton Moorside.

A superb Lewis Smith unbeaten century helped steer our 2XI to a big 9 wicket win over Deane & Derby at Heys Road this afternoon.

The full 6 points sends Dylan Kane's team up to 3rd in the Division Two table.

We have an action packed week ahead with two T20 contests followed by league and cup matches at the weekend.

Tuesday sees Prestwich Patriots host Westhoughton Warriors, 6pm start, with Prestwich Heat then entertaining Woodbank Wildboyz two nights later, 6pm start for that one also.

On Saturday our 2XI take on Deane & Derby in the league from 12:30pm and then two games on Sunday as the Panthers welcome Milnrow Maidens at 10am before the 1XI take centre stage from 1pm for their Derek Kay Cup tie with Edgworth.

Away from home the Firsts make the short trip to Woodbank on Saturday, 12:30pm BL8 1AY.

Then on Sunday our 3XI visit Bury in the Sunday Premier Cup, 1pm BL9 9JX and our 4XI go to Swinton Moorside in the league, 1:30pm M27 0WH.

𝗦𝗨𝗑𝗗𝗔𝗬 π—₯𝗒𝗨𝗑𝗗 𝗨𝗣

Our 1XI progressed through to the Group 5 final of the ECB National Club Championship following a 105 run win over Kendal of the Northern Premier Cricket League. This result sets up a trip to their fellow NPCL side, Leyland, on Sunday 21st June.

It was another high scoring day for our 2XI as their 329 was too much for Bradshaw in their Premier Cup meeting at The Rigbys. Adam Cheshire's unbeaten century was the highlight of the day as Dylan Kane's team made it through to the quarter-finals.

Prestwich Thirds played out a friendly at Denton West, securing a 3 wicket win.

Prestwich Panthers made the short trip to neighbours Stand but could not quite pull off that elusive first league win.

The home side totalled 326 with Jassmine Hillson, Clare Orrell, and Nicki Compton taking a wicket each, assisted by catches from Chava Pearl and Kira Wall. Angele Harrison conceded just 6 runs from 2 tight overs.

Panthers made a valiant effort to reach the target, falling 22 short to finish on 304, led by Anna Avanessian (17), Clare Orrell (14) Tina Wong (12), Nicki Compton (11) and Kira Wall (8).
