Prestwich Cricket, Tennis & Bowling Club Prestwich Cricket, Tennis & Bowling Club is an English multi-sports club from the town of Prestwich Multi sports and social club.

Prestwich Cricket Club, Prestwich Tennis Club, Prestwich Bowling Club and Prestwich Football Club. The club enjoys an active social calendar with many events catering for all tastes held throughout the year. The club also has a large function room which is available for birthdays, christenings, work's functions etc. Please call us for more information.

π—ͺπ—˜π—˜π—žπ—˜π—‘π—— π—₯𝗒𝗨𝗑𝗗 𝗨𝗣

Just a win for the 3XI this penultimate weekend of the season as their quest for a 5th place finish in the Sunday Premier League was bolstered by a 28 run success at Whalley Range. More pics from this to follow.

β€’ Prestwich 3XI 147-9 (Khan 46); Whalley Range 4XI 119ao (Aimal Momand 3-16)

On Saturday the 1XI's game at Shaw was abandoned with no play, as was Edgworth v Egerton, meaning a 3rd place finish in the Robert Hinchliffe Premier League for James Wharmby's team. Congratulations to Champions Brooksbottom who won the league with 15 points to spare.

The 2XI got a full game in against promoted Ashton but lost out by 54 runs. Still, another hugely successful season for Dylan Kane's team with a 6th place finish in Division 2 (the highest placed 2XI in the entire GMCL), along with their cup win from a few weeks ago.

Congratulations to Bury for winning this division and also to promoted Woodley and Ashton.

Finally the 4XI took a point from their loss at home to title chasing Astley and Tyldesley with a top 5 spot in their division still attainable with two games to go.

While the Saturday season came to a close yesterday, there's still a few more games to enjoy before those cricket bags return to their lofts and garages for the winter.

Our 4XI are at home today when they host title chasing Astley & Tyldesley from 1pm.

On the road our 3XI will be looking to push for a mid-table spot with a positive result from their game at Whalley Range, 1pm.

🏏SATURDAY TEAM NEWS🏏

For the last time this season we have our Saturday team news as the 1s travel to Shaw and the 2s host Ashton.

We still have plenty to celebrate with the 1s confirming their Lancs cup spot for 2027 last week meanwhile the 2s are looking to secure their highest spot in the GMCL.

We hope to see as many of our members join us after the games at the club as the curtain comes down on another season at The Heys.

We have the final Saturday games of the season and it's our 2XI who close things out when second placed Ashton visit Heys Road for a 12pm start.

A couple more games to go though for our Sunday teams with the 4XI in action at home this weekend when they host Astley & Tyldesley from 1pm.

On the road our 1XI are still chasing that runners-up spot in the Premier League with a win at Shaw required and a favourable result from Edgworth's trip to Egerton, 12pm start.

Finally our 3XI visit Whalley Range looking to finish mid-table now that their Sunday Premier League status was secured last week, 1pm start.

Prestwich 1XI kept their hopes of a runners-up spot in the Robert Hinchliffe Premier League alive with a 19 run win over Egerton at Heys Road on Saturday.

The 2XI enjoyed an equally narrow win away at Bolton Indians. Adam Cheshire starred with both the bat and ball setting the team up nicely for their last game of the season at home to second placed Ashton on Saturday.

β€’ Prestwich 2XI 126-8 (Cheshire 59); Bolton Indians 1XI 111ao (Cheshire 6-37)

On Sunday, the Panthers last game of the season was called off at Walshaw due to the weather but the situation improved by midday allowing the 3XI and 4XI to get games in.

The 3s secured their Sunday Premier League status with an 89 run win at Heaton while the 4s recorded a 5 wicket win at home to Stretford.

The 4XI are in action at Heys Road today, 1pm start for their league game against Stretford.

Away from home our 3XI travel to Heaton needing a result to guarantee their place in the Sunday Premier League next season, 1pm start, while the Panthers kick things off at Walshaw for their final game of the season from 10am.
