Why should you join us at Golan's seminar?

Golan is much more than any other instructor you have ever trained with. Due to his time in the Police, the Army and as an SIA instructor Golan has had many serious encounters and you will hear how these began and unfolded.

Golan will talk us through real-life attacks, both armed and unarmed, that he has personally faced. This is more than practising defences and scenarios due to the added messy realism of what happened in actual situations. See how it plays out from the build-up to engagement and the outcome. Then you will practise dealing with these situations knowing that this is as close to real-life as you can get!

We had a good start-back session this week 💪

Next week we focus on strikes at different ranges, headlocks and round-kick defences.

If you’re not back to action yourself yet then now is the ideal time to start training Krav Maga.

- Upcoming Seminar and Grading -
Reminder that we have an upcoming seminar on Sunday, 9th March (11am-4pm). This will reinforce grade 1-5 techniques. There’s a grading event after the seminar, from 4.00-5.30pm for those that want to grade.
