🍬 BREAKING HABITS 🍬
I have a sweet tooth or I like to call it a snack tooth! 😅 I can sit down with my tea at 8:30/9pm after a long day in work and as soon as I’ve finished ask ‘what snacks should we get?’ …or look in the cupboard and come away with a stack of biscuits for no reason. 🍪
Chocolate, crisps, sweets, biscuits…I love them all 🐷 I used lent as my kick start of cutting out the bad habits. So here’s my difference 6.5 weeks later of prepping food, cutting the chocolate etc out and making healthier choices! 🍎
