We are fast approaching and SUPER excited for this one!! Our Illuminations Bowling Festival 2026, recently moved to the Cliffs Hotel, is nearly here and we have limited spaces left!

Free entry into an Open Pairs Competition you say? We've teamed up with DRM Training Ltd to bring a fun day of Bowling and Rugby hosted at Leigh RUFC and their Bowling Club!

Thanks to Caroline Whitehead, we're delighted to share a glimpse of her Commonwealth Games journey through some of the photos she's captured along the way.
Representing the Isle of Man on the international stage is an incredible achievement, and it's been wonderful to follow her experiences both on and off the green. From the excitement of the Games village to the intensity of world-class competition, these moments tell the story of a truly unforgettable experience.
Everyone at Esselle Bowling is immensely proud of Caroline and wishes her every success as she continues her Commonwealth Games campaign.

Everyone at Esselle Bowling is incredibly proud to see Caroline Whitehead representing the Isle of Man at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

Caroline and the Commonwealth Games

Competing against some of the world's best indoor bowlers, Caroline has already faced a series of tough matches in both the Women's Pairs and Women's Singles competitions.

Alongside her pairs partner, Paula Garrett, Caroline has taken on strong opposition from Guernsey, Zambia, Australia and Northern Ireland, producing some closely fought performances throughout the group stages. She has also begun her Women's Singles campaign, opening against Malaysia's world number one, Emma Firyana Saroji – a formidable challenge at this level of competition.

Representing your country on the Commonwealth stage is an incredible achievement in itself, and everyone at Esselle Bowling is cheering Caroline on as she continues her Games journey.
