It was a great class tonight!! It was so hot I was sweating from my eyeballs and spent 80% of it with my hair stuck to my face! 😂

So it’s our England world up game tonight! ⚽️ but no excuses because wether your off to the pub or watching it at home!
Think of how much better you will feel burning calories before hand! On average we burn between 600-900 calories in an hour! 😅
