Hi all just to be clear - Class is NOT on tonight as I am taking the time to put a newer playlist together to spice up the one we have now ✨

I never want you to get bored of classes and with me working full time this is a pressure I put on myself and tbh it’s bloody hard work lol

So bare with me and I will see you next week with a new warm up - some new tracks in between and a new cool down ✨💃🫶

I learnt a Dance for a group of 19 from the 80s and they loved it!!!
It’s been a good experience all round 💃
