Our next grading for white sashes will be next Sunday and the following Sunday 10am-11am

We will be contacting parents to let you know if your child is ready.

White sash is for students who have never graded before and signed up to our membership. If you feel as though your child may have been missed, please contact us. There will be some mistakes as we move onto the new grading system

Charlie Atkinson won - the end.

Jack Sharpe took a nasty liver shot and couldn’t recover. This lads progress is nothing short of a miracle, from being too nervous to get in there to walking out in front of one of the biggest crowds in the UK. He will continue learning and improving, because that’s what he does!

Goodbye Chris & Laura 🥹

It’s been an epic few years with these guys!

But all good things must come to an end. Chris and Laura are moving on to new pastures setting up place to call their very own. Something that comes to many successful coaches.

Laura is working wonders in the community with her new charity Under the hub, Chris in support and gaining new work outside of the gym every week! Under the Hub CIC 😍

These guys have brought such a wealth of knowledge to the gym over the past few years. Worked away behind the scenes, gave us ideas of how to keep the gym improving. And for that we’ll be forever grateful.
