New Longton Cricket Club

New Longton Cricket Club Welcome to the official page of New Longton Cricket Club, a club at the very heart of the local community since 1921.

New Longton Cricket Club will have 4 senior teams playing in the Palace Shield for the 2021 Season and are very much recruiting for players

1st XI - Division 1
2nd XI - Division 3
3rd XI - Division 6
Sun XI - Division 1

We will also have junior teams playing at Under 10’s and 12’s level. We also have a fledgling, ever growing and wonderful Ladies Softball Cricket Section. We are a friendly comm

unity club, with a general aim of inclusivity and providing cricket to all who want to play. We are also part of a brilliantly run and popular sports & social club and on sunny days our matches often draw crowds that add to a great sporting atmosphere. We also in recent years invested in purposely built netting facilities for a better cricketing experience.
