- Previous experience gymnasts send us a WhatsApp with details on your previous training/ skills videos and we will let you know what group you could trial in.

- Age 16+ with a previous competitive history and looking at getting back in to the sport - check out our stories for the link to Legacy Athletica information registration and we will send you the details!

- Ex Gymnasts or senior gymnasts who would like to Coach- are you looking to gain an internship placement for experience in coaching ahead of your qualifications for future employment? Check out our story for the Springboard Academy which leads in to work placements and employment.
