Thank you to everyone who came to my last class this morning, it was so lovely to see 16 of you after a quieter week last week!!
Also, a massive thank you for all of my cards, flowers and gifts, I may have got slightly emotional in the car this morning after saying my goodbyes 🥲

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 ‼️

After 2 and a half years of instructing classes at MINISTRY OF FITNESS it is sadly my time to say good bye 👋🏼

This hasn’t been an easy decision, I LOVE our M*F community and all of the amazing members. It has been such a privilege to be one of your class instructors 🏋🏼‍♀️
I still have a couple of weeks left yet (not 100% sure on my end date, I will keep you all updated) I’ll get a few more burpees out of you all yet!!!

Grateful for all the friends, memories and lessons I have learnt along the way! I will miss you all so much, the early mornings not so much 😆

What a transformation for my lovely client, one and half stone down as well as 8cm off her waist and an impressive 13cm off her lower stomach/hips 😁 from being scared to come in to the gym and dreading sessions to being able to confidently walk in on her own and smash her own workouts 💪🏼

I’m SO proud of my client for this amazing transformation 😄 every week she puts the work in and gets it done (even the dreaded Kb swings)

Sammie is the lightest yet strongest she has been in years, she’s smashed her calorie deficit, daily steps and additional sessions outside of personal training, all whilst being a busy working mum, she really is super woman 🦸‍♀️ My favourite thing about transformations like this is seeing how much more confident and happy my client is.
