I could kick myself for not doing a before and after photo. This saddle has sentimental value and fits the horse perfectly and over 30 years old but had holes in the flaps where the girth buckles had rubbed through and was looking tired. I have just got it back from repair and wow looks like a new saddle! It has had the flaps repaired and the seat and flaps have been recovered with a soft hide. Not cheap to do at £400.00 but cheaper than a new saddle.
