Evening Folks.

I'm off for an operation early tmz on my shoulder, so there will now be delays with work returns, sorry :(
Hopefully I'll be back at it in a week or 2, the feedback on the recovery times is all over the show so just a guess.

HW99 barrel now ready for fitting. Project request was for a lightweight close range vermin dispatcher with quick target acquisition open sights. Extended dovetails also allow for sound mod. The gun will also have full L*D internals & power set to 11.5ftlbs in .177.

Honestly didn’t have much hope or enthusiasm in this rusty, tired old HW80 when the customer dropped it off. Many hours careful polishing after the re-strike, a new slim, brass capped muzzle shroud & re-black though, and she’s back to life.
Next will be a 26mm reduced volume piston & a full tune.
We’re always conscious of the risks of dulling edges & profiles when they’re badly rusted, so this one made us smile.


We’ve been quite on here lately, sometimes life gets in the way, but we’re always hard at it.
