Meet Andrew! 💪🏻

From Zero Experience in a gym to now being an integral part of our ever growing community! 💥

Andrew initially came to build some strength, and lose weight, so we sat down, formulated a plan using the Evolve methodology and he applied the necessary effort to achieve some unreal results.

Two Stone Down (13kg), Stronger than he’s ever been, now Running which he thought was an impossible task due to previous injuries and mobility issues, it’s safe to say he’s smashing it! 📈

If you’re serious about making changes to your life and are willing to put in the hard work required, we are here to support you all the way. 🙏🏻

Chorley 10k 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

What a day and what a turnout by the gang! 💥

The nerves for some were evident! 💩

But the energy and commitment undeniable! 👏🏻

Some 10k cherries 🍒 popped and plenty of PBs hit on the day! 👌🏻

I’m going to keep saying this, we are building something extremely special here, the community, the results, the level of care and support from everyone is just amazing! ❤️

This was our first event of the year, and it was a massive success, I’m so proud of all you lovely lot, you absolutely smashed the Chorley 10k!! 😊💪🏻

Special thanks as always to for looking after members pre and post run and the madman himself for providing the endless energy and laughs! 🤣

Next event incoming! …….. Let’s go. ⏳📈

For the Data Geeks! 📉

In summary, at Evolve not only do members follow a 12 week strength Program, everything we do is tracked, measured and they are being held accountable. 🕰️

The aim is to keep individual approach to every member but build the community with the group training. 🔑

Our results with members are starting to really speak for themselves, the work that they put in and the trust that they have in us as their coaches is really paying off. 🙏🏻

This member has gained muscle 💪🏻, dropped body fat 💥, eaten more food 🥘 and has gotten fitter and stronger along the way!

For your own journey, you should be tracking, measuring and understanding your why? 🤷🏼‍♂️

Once you do this it all starts to make sense and the results start to flow and you achieve your goals. 📈

3 Months!! 🥵

It’s been 3 Months since Evolve took over the Barn. 💥

It’s been amazing seeing Evolve expand, Members starting to make their own social groups and become a real community. 🙏🏻
3 Months and the Barn has a great energy, a commitment to excellence and an improvement in performance! 💪🏻
3 months and we haven’t even advertised yet, big things to come and by the end of the year this studio will be full and we will continue to offer an important and unique service that aims to help people reach their potential. 📈

We keep moving forward. ☺️

Client Results! 🔥

Meet , I’ve been working with Jess, for just 20 weeks!! 💁🏼‍♂️
When Jess first came to me with baby Casper in tow she was in a pretty low state and needed some support, guidance and help. 🚪
I was initially hesitant to say yes as I was unsure if she had the time or in fact energy to commit to herself. 🫣
How wrong could I have been! Jess is resilient, strong, very funny and listens. She trusted me and the process and is reaping the rewards. 👌🏻
We haven’t cut food groups out, Jess still has meals out, nights out when family permits and is absolutely killing her transformation. ✅
However the nicest thing has been seeing Jess’s spark and personality shine through and get stronger each week!! 🌟
Jess you’re a credit to yourself and your family and I can’t wait to see you kick on to this next phase!
