We are a hard working friendly Team with alot of knowledge over the years with Fitness and Boxing. We dedicate ourselves to the Community of all ages from 5 yr olds up to Retirement age. We a not for profit organisation who love the sport we teach to make it happen for the future of our champions of tommorrow. You can come for fitness, to learn a great sport, or join our Amateurs to compete the choice is yours. No matter what you will be welcomed into our club with friendly members and Coaches.
