More success here at the club to share. We are thrilled to announce that our club member Pam McGrath was awarded the European Player of the Year Award for the 90's age group. She is pictured below receiving her award at the British Masters Grass Court Closed Championships held at Wimbledon recently.

A magnificent achievement Pam, we are all so very proud of you here at your club. Well done 😀👏👍🏆🎖

We're celebrating the recent success of our member Dorothy Bamber who won the Women's doubles 85 age group along with her partner Carol Davies at the British Masters Court Closed Championships held at Wimbledon. What a fantastic performance Dorothy. This has now put Dorothy at Number 1 in the World in the 85's singles world ranking and Number 2 in the doubles world ranking. Outstanding - we're all so proud of you.

Runners up also included another Broughton & District Tennis club player, Pam McGrath and her partner Mary Walkerdine. Both ladies are pictured here. Well done to you both and your partners. 👏🏆🥇🥈

What is Cardio Tennis ?
Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class with a tennis twist. This tennis workout is open to anyone - all ages and abilities!
You’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls, build up your skills and work up a sweat.
Do you need to be fit? No! Cardio Tennis is for anyone who wants to have fun getting fit.
Do you need to be good at tennis? Not at all. Everyone is welcome to Cardio Tennis, no matter what your skill level is! The class moves along quickly, so no one will be judging your skills, and it doesn’t matter whether the ball goes in or out.
