Been almost a year since my last fight and f@ÂŁk me i miss it so much but by training every day of the week I manage to keep on top of my mental health the best I can, I aint gonna lie its hard and every day is a battle with my own emotions my own thoughts the depression the battle with PTSD and BPD but when im not with my little family this is my medication my treatment my church my release.. recently ive seen a lot of young people sadly pass away some from depression and su***de and some from turning other means of dealing with there issues that as led to having a serious impact on there health resulting in early deaths. I can honestly say to people that are struggling the best way is to open up amd go seek the right help whether that be with a doctor or the friends that will talk to you and not invite you to the sesh or even do what I do amd train and release them endorphins the right way the healthy way
