A lot has been happening behind the scenes at North West School Hire as we prepare for another busy school year ahead. 👏
Over the past couple of weeks, our team has come together for staff training across our sites, giving us the opportunity to refresh standards, share ideas and make sure everyone is working towards the same goal.
We’ve been focusing on what great customer service looks like, the standards we expect across every venue, stronger communication between our teams and, most importantly, how we continue improving the experience for both our schools and customers.
Training is only one part of the work taking place behind the scenes. We’ve also been reviewing our processes, strengthening our management structure and putting clearer systems in place to help us become more proactive as we continue to grow.
