Having that "co-worker" by your side does wonders for reducing anxiety, providing you with a good dose of humor, and enhancing your overall mood. Pets encourage us to stay active and healthy throughout the day, too, whether it's taking them out as you enjoy some fresh air or playing with them indoors on breaks between meetings.

It's Global Diversity Month, a time to celebrate and appreciate the diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences that make our workplaces more dynamic and vibrant! The unique perspectives, ideas, and skills of each individual we work with adds strength and innovation to our teams.

It is important to acknowledge that promoting diversity should not be limited to one month out of the year. Rather, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion must be an ongoing effort that is embedded into the company culture, reflected in all aspects of business operations, and enables each individual to show up authentically and make their most valuable contributions...no matter who they are.

So, this October and beyond, let's celebrate global diversity by not only acknowledging its paramount importance but also doing our part to co-create workplace cultures that truly embrace and support it.
