Ghost is an elusive combat system developed by Phil Norman designed for sport fighting where the rules allow you to stand and strike....
Ghost is for all abilities for those who don't want to get punched in the face....
For who? Teenagers & Adults, all styles of Karate and martial arts
Covering? Ghost principles, gloves pads and live drills
Cost? £30 per person ( LTK, MKG, Ghost Kickboxing members £20)
