We’ve resurrected the committee following a time of inactivity during Covid. Had a great meeting this evening with lots of thoughts & actions to take forward.

A little update - we had another committee meeting last night where we discussed officially registering as a charity amongst other plans.
We have been successful in securing our first substantial grant although it is conditional, the money will only be handed over when we’ve secured grants to cover the full cost of the build.
Once we are a fully constituted group we will be applying for more grants, but look out for local fundraising events!

Thanks to everyone for the likes & shares!
The ambition is to have a full sized Astro Turf pitch on the school field at JB, which can be used for a range of sports by sports clubs, groups & individuals.
The plan is for it to be funded by a range of grants, donations & fundraising
