We will be running an Anti-bullying Workshop during the summer holidays at our full time martial arts academy.

Your child WILL learn some valuable life skills!

We will be looking at:-

✅Being confident

✅Basic & easy to learn self defence skills

✅Ability to talk to the bullies

✅Not being a victim
