Be part of the first ever RNLI BeachROX at Rhyl Lifeboat Station – a Hyrox‑inspired beach challenge combining endurance, functional fitness, and RNLI lifeboat and lifeguard elements.

Whether you’re a seasoned HYROX athlete or just looking for a fun challenge, our BeachROX event will push your limits and get your heart pumping. Bring your energy, bring your friends, and enjoy an evening on Rhyl beach, full of action, sweat, and good vibes!

What does it entail?
Participants will take on 8 x 1km runs, each followed by a functional exercise station, testing strength, stamina and determination in a unique coastal setting. Some of the stations vary slightly from your typical Hyrox event, using some Lifeboat specific equipment.
