Please read carefully! 😊

1. There will be NO classes this coming Friday or Saturday at the Academy (July 31st and August 1st) We will be back to normal on Monday and all classes leading upto this Friday will be on as usual.

2. Slight change for the summer timetable.
There will be no 7.30pm class on Thursdays throughout the summer holidays starting this week!
The earlier Family class will now finish later (7.45pm) to allow for sparring to take place in that class.
