Why try Yoga? Yoga makes you feel better, it’s that simple! It is why so many people get hooked. You will always feel better after a yoga class. If you don’t believe me, give it a try! This class is not only suitable for complete beginners, but experienced yogis who might want to go back to basics. I will teach a slow and gentle flow suitable for all levels, all body types and age groups.

During the class I will also introduce breath work, meditation and different styles of Yoga including Yin and Hatha yoga. I will offer adjustments in some poses to ensure that you are feeling the benefits and I will introduce props such as blocks and straps to enhance your practice. I will offer space for questions and hopefully encourage you to feel confident in your yoga journey moving forward.

Yoga makes your body strong, supple and healthy. Of course, you need to be consistent, but some people start feeling the physical benefits of yoga after their first class. In time, your flexibility will increase, fitness levels improve, your muscles will strengthen and you’ll become more supple. As your body gets stronger your mind will too.

You will feel more self confident and stronger in yourself. Yoga helps you quieten your mind, makes you feel calm and stay focused. Because your mind will be clutter-free it is easier to direct the energy to where you want it to go, giving you more mental clarity 🙏🏼

Join me every Monday for our Vinyasa flow yoga class. An energetic class with dynamic movements using the breath to align the body and mind.

You don't need to be an experienced Yogi to attend this class. However, a good level of fitness for this class is advised.

Vinyasa yoga can improve strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular health, while also increasing breathing capacity and promoting mindfulness.

I hope you will join me at the warm and cosy Kings Hall for our relaxing Spring Equinox Gathering 🌼

Surrounded by candles and fairy lights, enjoy the atmosphere of the evening in lovely warm and cosy surroundings.

The Spring Equinox marks equal day and night, bringing balance to life we will practice some accessible balancing yoga poses and gentle grounding poses. Releasing any stagnant winter energy, focusing on anything you may want to let go of and looking ahead.

Sowing seeds, setting intentions and practising gratitude. We will break for a buffet of nutritious vegetarian food and herbal teas 🥗

Let yourself gently unfurl, with some slow and soft movement on your mat, suitable for all levels, complete beginners are welcome. The class will open with some Pranayama (breathwork) followed by gentle flow yoga including balance and grounding. After our evening meal, we will settle down on our mats to practice gratitude and set our intentions, sowing seeds for the season ahead.

We will finish with a couple of gentle Yin stretches, easing our bodies into stillness where I will begin to guide you through a mindful meditation, connecting with all of the senses in your body 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Wondering where to start? Or maybe you’ve tried a Pilates class and felt lost? This class is restricted to just 10 students so you will feel attended to and movements can be adjusted to suit YOUR body

Just bring your mat and be ready to gently strengthen and softly stretch your body. The class will also provide elements of balance and mobility

Non beginners are very welcome too! Enjoy the slower pace, controlled movements and connect with your body, mind and breath

I have a level 3 diploma in Pilates and many years of teaching experience, so I can offer safe adjustments where needed and you can choose to stay at level 1 or try level 4 or 5 in each move

Class numbers are kept below 20 so that you have space to move and feel seen as an individual
