Two weeks till our summer BUBBLES social event! 🍾🥂 come and join the fun and Celebrate the “summer” with us with ((BOUNCE)) and ((B)) BALANCE and enjoy some snacks, nibbles and fizz* on me! 🩷💜🥂🍾

Here’s the drill! At our BUBBLES event , we do TWO classes before enjoying some social time over road in The Rocket pub! 💃🏼

6.30pm ((BOUNCE)) BLAST
7.15pm Break
7.30pm ((B)) BALANCE
8.15pm Social Time (Snacks and Fizz)
9pm End (or carry on if you’re in the mood!)

The event is on Thursday 18th June and tickets are £18 each and are first come first served and bookable NOW using the link!

What is BALANCE? This class is a fusion of pilates and yoga🧘🏽‍♀️ with a little bit of low-level ((BOUNCE)) moves.

Performed on mini trampolines, BALANCE is less intense than a standard ((B)) class but is VERY challenging and is programmed to strengthen the core, improve Balance and posture 🤌🏼✨

Who doesn’t love a bit of BALANCE in life? 🙋🏼‍♀️

Our favourite hack is putting a damp towel in the freezer and bringing it with you to class! It’s the ((B))EST feeling hugging that cold towel in the breaks and gives you such a boost 🥶

What a class! Look at you go! Same again Thursday? HELL YEAH! 3️⃣ spaces left! Get booking! 🫶🏻🙏🏻

((B)) BARBELLS... ⁠is a Strength and conditioning class using a barbell on the floor and laying on the trampoline.⁠

There is a 40-50% decrease in muscle mass between the ages of 25-80. incorporating strength training into your fitness routine can help to curb a decline in muscle mass!

A barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean and defined via resistance, using very light weights alongside high repetitions the theory is to ‘exhaust your muscles so you don’t get bulky’ but you do increase strength and tone for a total body workout. Despite not being cardio focused the session will significantly burn calories, increase core strength and stimulate bone density. ⁠

It’s a fast paced low weights kinda class & choreography to music for the motivational factor.
