Hi guys. The only classes on this week will be Wednesday Juniors class 7-8pm, and Fighter's class 8-9pm.
I'm at the funeral Monday so no classes, and Friday there will be no classes for Halloween.

Sanda seminar on Saturday 28th June, open to anybody who would like to train with us and learn what it's about.

Sunday is an open workshop with members of the GB squad who are actively preparing for the national championships.
